Delaware River Basin Commission | Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA) Training for Hazard Mitigation Applicants

  • 100 Gracedale Avenue Nazareth, PA, 18064 United States (map)

Presented by the Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA), the Delaware River Basin Commission (DRBC), and ARRO Consulting.

Every successful hazard mitigation project must demonstrate cost-effectiveness before it can receive FEMA funding. This interactive, one-day training provides applicants and subapplicants with a practical understanding of FEMA’s Benefit-Cost Analysis (BCA) requirements and tools. Participants will learn how to develop BCAs that meet FEMA standards, support technical feasibility documentation, and strengthen overall project applications.
